It's finally here! Second grade is coming to an end this week! We have many wonderful educational activities for students to enjoy. This includes the "Teach the Teacher" lesson. Please check the schedule below for child's assigned day to present to the class. June 3:#1-6 June 4:#7-12 June 5:#13-18 June 6:#19-24 Please mark your calendar for the school awards ceremony. It will be held on the last day of school (June 7th). The second grade ceremony will being at 1:15. We can't wait to see you there! The end of the year is full of many fun activities and can be a very exciting time. While having fun is important, students are still expected to maintain and follow school and classroom rules and expectations. Please remind your child of the importance of staying focused and following instructions during the last few weeks of school. We look forward to enjoying our time together and finishing the year strong! We have started our new behavior and work/study policy that was updated by the school's SBDM council. For second grade that now means we will be reporting a number on the students' weekly reports that reflects the number of conduct or w/s checks the student received for the week.
